Clad with quality Deal Redwood 12mm PAR finished (16mm nominal) tongued and grooved (T&G) shiplap cladding, that enhances both the quality and appearance of the building. Internally, the building benefits from chamfered (rounded) edges upon the corners of the 44 x 27mm framing, in keeping with the high standard of construction throughout. Supplied with two windows boxes and two fixed windows to the front, with the windows being safety Perspex glazed. Dual access is provided by the double “garage” door and the single “pedestrian” door, all fitted using antique style fittings. Access to the first floor area is by internal ladder. Pre-treated with one coat of spirit-based preservative. Self assembly by customer (instructions supplied).
