10′ x 10′ (3.05 x 3.05m) Traditional Painted Swiss Cottage

The Painted Swiss Cottage playhouse from the Treetop Traditional Painted range is a superb, quality playhouse that includes an integral 3′ verandah (included in 10′ x 10′). The standard colour scheme for this painted model is to a ‘cornflower blue & white’ contrasting design, applied externally to the walls only in a three coat process at works (two coats of paint, one coat clear sealer). The Swiss Cottage also benefits from an internal first floor area and ladder, which leads to one large 4′11″ x 7′6″ bunk. Clad with quality Deal Redwood 12mm PAR finished (16mm nominal) tongued and grooved (T&G) shiplap cladding, that enhances both the quality and appearance of the building. Internally, the building benefits from chamfered (rounded) edges upon the corners of the 44 x 27mm framing, in keeping with the high standard of construction throughout. Supplied with four fixed windows having safety acrylic glazing. Access is provided by the single offset front door, fitted using antique style fittings. To allow the timber to ‘breathe’, all internal elevations remain untreated. Self assembly by customer (instructions supplied). This product complies with safety standard EN71 (safety hinges, magnetic catches, ventilation etc).
