This playhouse is supplied unpainted (image shown painted for photography only) but has the potential to be as stunning as shown in the photograph by self-decoration, giving enhanced pleasure for many years to come. To offer assurance and peace of mind, this children’s playhouse is constructed using mixed softwood and tested to comply with child safety standard BS EN 71-7: 2007 and BS EN 71-8: 2008. The walls are formed from 12mm T&G Shiplap softwood boarding, while the roof and floor are 8mm OSB (resin bonded board). The Polly Playhouse includes one fixed window, supplied with safety styrene glazing. The single door is 500mm (1’8) wide and 910mm (3′) high. This product will be supplied dip-treated at works as standard. The manufacturer offers a 10 year anti-rot guarantee upon this product, with the recommendation that you should apply a top coat of your own within 3 months of assembly. The Tall Garden Store is a quality shiplap T&G clad wooden storage unit, but what a unit it is! With its integral shelves, zinc metal roof, planed pressure treated timber and galvanised fittings… this is a storage unit that’s built to last. Compact storage is rarely this good! This Forest storage unit is supplied with a 1.70m high x 0.63m wide single door, complete with long-lasting galvanised hinges and latch. This model also includes two internal shelves and a zinc metal roof as standard. Being pressure treated, this product has longer life properties and will not need treating. The manufacturer offers a 15 year anti-rot guarantee upon this product. Being shiplap tongue and groove clad, this storage unit is superior to our overlap-clad models within this range, due to the provision of the ‘jointed’ T&G to the walls. Each piece of tongue and groove timber has a slot (the groove) cut all along one edge, and small outcrop (the tongue) on the opposite edge. Pieces fit snugly together to ensure a close fit, but some movement can still be accommodated. Supplied in component form, this decking kit includes 38no. 2.40m long x 150 x 47mm sawn joists and 80no. 2.40m long x 120 x 28mm deck boards (having an area of 23.04m2).
